Materials info

FPPXS1649G065 is especially offered for applications demanding chemical resistance and a reliable performance under harsh conditions for maritime transport.

FPPXS1649G065 is BS5609 compliant when processed with the approved printer and inks (i.e. Epson ColorWorks and DURAbright pigment inks).

Please note: For the FPPXS1649G065 only the individual components (PP foil and the adhesive) have BS5609 certification. The complete laminate as such, although it meets the requirements, is NOT certified. Therefor it is classified as compliant with!

The printed labels do have a high water and abrasion resistance and high resistance against chemicals. Due to the strong adhesive  the labels do have an excellent adhesion towards difficult surfaces. Besides the chemical applications, FPPXS1649G065 can also be used for many applications with high demands.

As an alternative to GHS labels where maritime transport is not required (without BS5609) FPPMS1618G065 can be offered.

We always recommend comprehensive testing of materials prior to regular conversion.
