The PCTH1623 is an optically white and calendared polyester-cotton taffeta with a thermoplastic adhesive. The material can be processed well on most inkjet label printers, including the Epson ColorWorks series. Both in terms of color yield, brightness and fast-drying, the printing results are good. The TPK42 material has a natural organic appearance. It is ideally suited for labeling applications for the garment industry.
The PCTH1623 is produced with a thermoplastic adhesive that melts when heated (see TDS) and adheres to the surface to be covered. An iron can be used as a tool. After cooling to room temperature, the adhesive has become solid again and adheres to the substrate. The label is washable up to 60°C for a limited number of (20) washing cycles.
