Polyester satin is an optically white and non-fray coated fine woven textile based on polyester yarns. The material is easy to print with i.e. the Epson ColorWorks inkjet label printers.
In general polyester satin is used as bed linen, mattresses and carpet labels. It requires some attention to cut this material on most printers due to material thickness and stiffness.
In addition to the polyester satin non-fray version, we also offer the polyester satin in a self-adhesive and iron-on version. Depending on the final application, you can either choose one of them.
PS1627 is the non-fray resistant version and is suitable for sew-in labels, bedding labels.
The PSS1624G090 is the self-adhesive version and is often used for labels on mattresses. The strong adhesive is particularly suitable for structured surfaces.
The PSH1604 is the iron-on version. This material can be patched onto the carpet backing by a heated press or iron.
