The polyester taffeta is an optically white and non-fray coated taffeta. It is a woven textile based on polyester yarns. The polyester taffeta is easy to print with i.e. the Epson ColorWorks inkjet label printers.
This material is widely used for labeling shoes, clothing and bedding. It requires some attention to cut this material on most printers due to material thickness and stiffness.
In addition to a non-fray version, a self-adhesive and iron-on version is also offered. Depending on the final application, you can either choose one of them.
PT1519 is the non-fray. It is suitable for sew-in labels for clothing, bedding and other things. The material is washable up to 60°C.
The PTS1519G065 is the self-adhesive version and is often used for labels in shoes. The strong adhesive is particularly suitable for structured surfaces.
The PTH1519 is the iron-on version. This material can be patched onto the substrate by a heated press or iron.
